Generally, when I think of mma, I think of the UFC. That said, what are your experiences with uFirst?

How so? Just curious what they do and why they would be scammers.
Thanks, |

If you'd still like to know about UFirst, give me a call. I used to be an agent but it wasn't for me. Not a bad company though.

There is no software, it is just a login to a website. |

If you do a Google search under "Mortgage Acceleration Payoff Programs" you will find a large assortment of companies doing the same thing. In essence you are using a HELOC to leverage your money to pay-off your mortgage years sooner. I'd need about 15 minutes to fully explan the program to you.
Anyway, these companies all call the program by different names, however the concept is generally the same. And it actually works. I'm doing it myself.
If you are looking for a way to pay off your mortgage in record time - and are interested in making money by pestering all your clients, friends and neighbors into doing the same, then try U First. You get a business opportunity - all for $3500. Not for me though. I asked them to take me off their email list and a year later, I'm still receiving their invitations and offers. To their credit, they are growing.
I just don't think $3500 for the program is reasonable when you consider that http://www.MortgageFreeForLife.com charges a flat fee of around $200 for an online software account. And pretty good tech support at a toll free number. You can also buy their book which explains the program in complete detail.
Then there is http://www.speedequity.com. They are $199 for the first year, then $49 a year thereafter. He also sells a book for about $25. Overall, the program is good. I got a free membership when he first rolled it out. But...
My absolute favorite is http://www.wisemortgageinfo.com. For $67 you get a very professional and simple to understand e-book. I think he hired a technical writer because his explanation is Dummy-Proof. No fluff. No BS. Just straight forward info. He even includes free access to his online calculator so you can guestimate your savings and payoff date. And if you decide to push his e-book, he'll give you $40 as a referal fee. Pretty straight forward.
So there you have it.. From $3500, all the way down to $67. It just depends on your motivation. Do you want to create a business out of this or simply pay off your mortgage years sooner?
Hope this helps.
