| Hey does anyone besides Wachovia do loans for Foreign Nationals? I have a Canadian couple who is buying a 2nd home in Palm Springs, CA for 300k. They have 35% down payment but no Social Security number and therefore no credit score. Who can do this deal? Call me 310 709 8283 or email skyminor at gmail dot com. Thanks! |

| Imigrant will do this loan NO Doc 65 LTV up to 1 million. I priced one out yesterday and a 5/1 IO was at 7.875 at par. Or 8.125 paying 1 YSP. Downsize they take forever with U/W |
