Where is the condo? you are referring to an office condo right?
How did you come up with the valuation? estimate or mai appraisal?
How long has she owned it?

| What's the square footage of the condo? Where is it located? Does he run his business out of this unit or does he just own it and rent it out? |

Chris Condo is 730+ ft located in Key West,FL. Ownered free & clear. Building out now and will open in July. |
