My client owns a bunch or rentals - more than Countrywide would prefer. She has 13 financed rentals. 9 financed with Countrywide. Her taxes are as thick as a Big Mac. I would prefer stated but if you want I beleive if you add back depreciation you will like what you see. 60% LTV or better.

Please let me know. I need a hero.

Hi Gallo,

I couldn't quite tell what you're looking for as far as financing. Are you looking to do individual n/o/o refis, or a blanket loan or line of credit?

If you are considering private money, we work with investors with large real estate schedules looking to leverage their current holdings. I've been able to do lines of credit in 2nd position to 60% CLTV as a blanket loan to maximize cash out for future purchases.
