I am having such problems closing my loans lately. With all the new stipulations, I feel like months go by before closing a simply rate and term refi.
Does anybody know where to find some free or relatively cheap predictive dialers???
Does any brokers out there know of websites where you can plug in your scenario and get feedback from multiple banks to know where to send it???
I have such great worth ethic but I haven't been getting rewarded lately. I need some fresh ideas, hopefully cheap ones, to get back going again.

just use DU/LP and send the loan to your lender of choice

there is a person on here ManagingPrime (i think) that has the info on these |

| our office hired an in house underwriter to submitt our files. No more stupid conditions for us. everything id handled before the file leaves |

Do you want a seat or your own system. Your own system pays for itself in a couple months if you have more than 2 people in your office using it on the regular.

NYLX. It's not cheap but it's great. Check out themoneystore.com to see how you can put it to work on the front end. You can pull credit, find product and best price. Run all your prospects though that system and if it's not an "approve" dump them as fast as you can.
Since you will be dumping 90-95% of your prospects it helps to have a relationship with a credit repair company, loan modification company and Debt Settlement company. Play your cards right and your relationships with those companys will pay all your marketing costs so that the loans you do close are pure profit.
