Stonecrest does 1-5yr balloon 2nd term loans and lines of credit on non-owner residential from 100K-$1MM
We also do commercial property 2nds (including owner-user) to $3MM, as a 1-5yr fixed term loan. The line of credit option is only available up to $1MM.
As a private mortgage portfolio, pricing on 2nds is usually 12-12.5% IO, plus points. I can send you some guidline information if this fits what you're looking for. |
