Not sure about this but I have a deal where th buyer wants to purchase a condo in LA and they are residents of Iran and England. They will put down whatever they need to the close but would prefer a loan. 50% LTV is ideal for them Would anyone lender in a scenario like this?

You may want to try Wachovia or Flagstar first, and if it doesn't fit in a bank box, you always have private money as an option.
Stonecrest is a CA private portfolio. We do foreign nat purchases with an ITIN to 65% ltv. My pricing is 11-11.5% 3-4pts dependent on loan amount, 3yr fixed/1yr ppp. |
