Any Foreign National Non Owner Occupied loans out there? No credit score. California loan. Just thought i would ask to apease a relator.

Hi Lisa,

We do NOO purchases for foreign nationals. 65% LTV up to $5MM SIVA. 70%ltv on exception.

We are a bay area private mortgage fund, doing 1-5yr term loans and lines of credit. My pricing ranges from 11-12.5% and 3-4 pts, dependent on loan size, ltv, and property location.
