Well this did not work out so well. Our client, on her own accord decided to miss her March payment, and is now a 1 x 30, as of 3/08. Any thoughts on getting a double wide manufactured, in McEwen, TN, full doc, 85% ltv, cash out consolidation, 560 mid fico score, some minor derogs, debt ratio of 35%, loan amount of $74,375. done.

Birmingham Bancorp..... www.bbmcwholesale.com they will work with TN and will do mfd.

85% on manufactured with a 560 is going to be tough. Northpointe is pretty aggressive on manufactured but I don't think they go above 75% or so at that score.
