Primary Residence
Value: $580,000.00
Loan Amt: $377,000 @65% OR $404,000.00 @70%
Location: San Diego, CA
Borrower would like CashOut, if possible
Looking for a 6mo to 1yr Term w/o Prepay
Client just received NOD (mid-April), however, mortgage is not reporting on credit history.
