| I Have a self employed borrower that needs to go with Bank Statements. Located in WA. Manufactured home with a 78% LTV. Clean MTG history with 1, 30 day late in Sept 06. 604 credit score. Any ideas on where this loan can be placed? |

| Northpointe Lending or 21st Mortgage. Not sure if Northpointe will do 80% with a 604 though. I'd say 21st Mortgage is a better chance for you. |
