Hi Everyone,
I have a file that was placed with Wachovia, and was approved. As you all probably know, they can very meticulus with the properties they lend on( i.e. deteriorating paint, property location, etc.). My file was declined after they performed their appraisal, even though the property appraised higher than the purchase price. The property is a bank repo that needs a little cleaning up, all cosmetic, but looks fine. If anyone knows where I can place this file it would be greatly appreciated. The scenario is as follows:
624 Fico
275,000 purchase price
20% down payment
220,000 Loan amount
SIVA-wage earner ( money seasoned for over a year in CD)
SFR
FTHB
30year fixed pricing with one back
