Hope this is not a silly question, but can I have 4 family members on an FHA loan, I have never run into more than 2 at a time. They will be in my offfice at 4 today, and I will pull credit and look at income. On the phone they said they all want to be on the loan.

Thanks, how do I set up the file. Iknow the husband and wife would be borrower and co, do I load the other 2 as co-mortgagors; or list 3 as co-borrowers

scratch that last question; just looked at encompass and any thing other than borrower and co-borrower has to be co-mortgagor. thanks again
