Here is the scenario:

Loan Amount $186,000
Purchase Price $195,800
LTV 95%
O/O
SFR
Condo (low rise)
Full Doc
Mid Score 720
CT state
DTI 36%
40 or 30 year fixed with I/O option if available.

again, maybe FHA...if condo is approved.
