Hi Assurity Financial Services. We lend on MFg for FHA and VA with the property complying to HUD requirements. We also lend on Singlewide. We have a min fico for all borrowers of 580 for mfg. UW turntimes 5 business days. ZOur niche is FHA and MFG. 65% of our approvals are manually underwritten.
