| I have a borrower that wants to put a single-wide on their property for their son. They are very qualified borrowers, just not sure if this is possible. I have tried triad, tammac, and 21st already. They would be willing to include land with this also. The loan amount is around 45,000, and yes I love Michigan. lol |

If it were in Florida, I could do it!
Try a local bank on the ground where you are.
Many do "Make Sense" type loans. This one seems to make sense.
