Hello,
I don't know of any lender that can do this, but maybe you know something I don't know?
My client has owned this property for 5 months (free and clear) and wants to do a cashout refinance just to get back his initial investment (since he purchased it cash). He plans to rent it out.
-750 FICO
-Cashout refi
-SFR
-Self-Employed
-Non Owner
-$275K loan amount
-55% LTV
-35% DTI
-LA County, California
