run it through either DU or LP and get your findings...this one should not be a problem they will not need MI. You will take a hit for the credit score and that should be it on this one.

You won't be at par with the fico hit. 5.875 is right at par today. I would wait until next week and see if the rates come down. I received improving pricing earlier.

Agree w/ DU...should be no FICO hit until 70LTV; AmTrust is paying 100.431 for 5.875 on 30 days for 30yr fixed...CW is payiny .125.

There is 0.5 price hit (agency) for 674 credit score with LTV between 60 and 70
