| The guy's credit score is low b/c of 3 small collections and a student loan that shows in collection, but should be deferred. He has documentation, and he was in Iraq when the other collections took place. Ratios are good as well. Just wondering who might do this b/c I think if he was a 580 he would go about anywhere on a manual underwrite. |

| You should try Taylor Bean & Whitacker. They have one of the best underwriting departments and are known to underwrite such credit scores if the story makes sense. |
