I have a borrower in Colorado who has a piece of land which he recently had appraised at 20 million (to establish value only). He wants to do a CO refi at 45%-50% LTV. He has an LLC that is over two years old and wants to know if he can do it under that entity. Full doc.

jon... based on what you wrote, it sounds doable.... there will surely be recourse with the loan....
