I submitted this loan with C.W. as a "Fast and Easy..." Catchy Phrase but no love. Appraisal Review cut the value FIERCELY not due to Comp. Sales but Withdrawn Local Listings! WTF!!! Since when is that the new criteria?
Any suggestions? |

Countrywide just eliminated Fast and Easy for new submissions. My guess is they do not want any more of these loans on their books, so they are looking for reasons to decline |

I think you're right about looking for reasons to kill the F&E Deals. We must be CRAZY to be working in this industry right now.

| Sent to Vertice! They'll do it... I just sent in a submission via email yesterday and I got the approval today with almost nothing for conditions (I sent in full file though). I highly recommend them for your SIVA file. |
