| My client does not have a FICO score. She only has VOR, Health insurance letter, and a Life Insurance Letter showing her timely monthly payment history. Does anyone know of a lender that can do a No Score FHA Loan? Thanks for the help. |

| Many lenders will do FHA loans for borrowers with no credit score, but they usually price the loan the same as 580 credit score (sometimes worse, depending on the lender). |

| you can try USDA programs also...they are not score driven and you may be able to get a way with only the 3 trades as long as they all have a one year history on them. |
