Anyone know if no income verified assets for a self employed borrower exists in NY for an Owner Oc, 2 family in New York?
I'm looking for max LTV cash out refi. place should apprase at 900k.

current payoff is about $516k
theres plenty of equity but they are looking to get the max out.
Thier ONLY problem is they can't show thier income. At least not enough to make their dti even remotely reasonable. |
