Hi! Do you know of condo-friendly lenders? If so, would you please share your contacts?

I have a Full Doc, NOO, Purchase in NJ, 90 LTV, 740 FICO, declining market, high-rise.

I dont think there are any condo friendly lenders out there. I like to use Citimortgage for Condo's.
