Looking for a wholesale lender who can fund loans in IL
Scenario is as follows:
Owner Occ.
80% LTV
Loan Amt - $2,200,000
Full Doc
High Rise Condo
Borrower looking to combine a first and second mortgage through a refinance
First = $1,700,000, Second = $500,000.
FICO = 720+
Any help would be appreciated.
