Any of you guys seeing the ltv reduction requirement due to soft market for the new conforming jumbo program. I am usinc CW and max they will lend is 90% ltv then require 5% if it is in categ 4.

| I don't know of any lenders doing agency/jumbo without the declining hit. |

Just had the same experience with both CW & Wells Fargo. I think that it is Fannie Mae driven ... not lender driven. |
