Need 18M Net to fund Reality Show. Looking for short term financing. Producer has incredible experience. Does anyone know of a source? Investor will recieve 30% ownership, first out on cash investment, and right of first refusal on participation in future projects.

| Have you tried one of the major banks? Most have entertainment divisions. 99% of entertainment deals that are handed to brokers are garbage. |

Whoe, maybe you should google. If you did, you would not recommend this lender anymore. He has been associated with fraud, deceit, etc. This is my first time posting to this forum. I would appreciate truely helpful responses.

btw what does a full package consist of when looking for television financing? do you have the prelim?
I have business/personal resume, financials, proforma, pre-script, business plan, executive summary, exit strategy, etc. I also have letter from network commiting to the deal if they can show funds.
I was kind of excited about the possibility of our name being in the credits...(smile). Not to mention the fee.

You know what's funny is you, in 10 seconds of using google, figured out he is a fraud but others have lost tens of thousands to the guy. Yeah, he's a scumbag.
