Im thinking about investing in a virtual predictive dialer and came across a company called http://www.mortgagemarketingprofessionals.com. The sales rep would not give me any references but suggested that I come here and read up on blogs about his company and services provided.

Is there anyone out here that has used this company and can give me any kind of feedback? Good or bad I don’t care I just want some honest critisism. Other companies that I have spoken with are more then willing to provide multiple references to validate their product.

Please email me any information you have on this company.

Thank you,

Ryan

Are you buying a dialer or a seat? Never heard of virtual marketing.

EDIT: Followed the link. That is raymond from best rate. He has been on the BO for 2+ years now. He has a great reputation on the broker outpost.

If you are asking if you are getting a good deal, that depends on what the sales rep quoted you and if you are buying a seat or a dialer.

apparently a virtual dialer is a web based dialer program. i upload my leads to thier website and then the web based program dials for me. when someone picks up the phone their information pops up on my screen and then i pitch a loan to them.

http://www.mortgagemarketingprofessionals.com claims this is just like having a dialer system in the office but you dont have to buy the hardware and since its virtual i can do it from any computer with high speed internet.

does this make sense?

Ok. The industry term is hosted dialer. Think he charges $250 a seat. He is one of three providers on the broker outpost and has the best reputation. I was not sure if you were purchasing your own dialer so that your LO's could login and dial like you described or if you were purchasing the seat.

If you go to the announcements section and look for "RaymondB" you will find a good deal of information about Best Rate Referrals. You can also use the websites search feature in the top right corner to find info about them.

Welcome to the BO.
