I have a strong brrwr that wants to build on some acreage. Needs approx. $750K; trying to build a large home on a vineyard. Currently owns his primary (free and clear)
Good construction lenders, please contact me and send basic requirements and construction schedule.
General Scenario: construction 740 fico 2nd home - vacation home 0x30 primary home is free and clear approx. $750K loan amt sfr full doc LTV?

We would are interested in hearing more about this loan scenaro. We work with many lenders directly as well as having strong lending relationships. We do Hard Money Loans, Bridge Loans, Commercial Loans, Construction & Rehab. Loans, and Land Loans. We just placed a loan similiar to this, however the owner fico was in the 500s.
