Can someone point me in the right direction as far as lenders with the best pricing/programs for NOO loans.
I am looking for highest LTV possible
Purchase Transaction
Full Doc
Plenty of reserves
720+ scores

| If you are going full doc, you can basically go anywhere off of your DU/LP findings. |

Yeah, just wondering who has the best pricing & is easiest to work with on these deals nowadays...
