Met a lot of good people on this site, and funded loans for them at the same time. Equity in California is not as rare as people think. We can do a Cross-Col lateralization and I am good at sharing our fees with brokers and loan officers, so let me know what your "ideal hard money company" would be, so we can conduct some transactions together.
