Am I a cheapskate? It's $900 a year, but looks like it might be worth it. Any experience?

I find that MarketAlert is a better alternative for monitoring GSE MBS bond pricing. Plus, you'll save a few bucks (well, quite a lot actually) on the cost.

I use market alert also....Pretty reasonable at $49 per month and if you're doing a decent volume, its important. I've made a lot of money knowing when to float or lock by paying close attention to the 30 year mbs. You can not watch the 10 year bond any more as its not an accurate representation of the MBS Bonds.

Agreed, I've heard and seen demos on the LoanToolbox and other deviations and the money
spent has not been worth the effort YTD ... |

I have been trying ratelink and so far it looks like a cheaper version that gets the job done.
