| Have a borrower who is purchasing two homes (one in GA, one in NJ). He's got a 750. Owns two companies so I have three tax returns, not enough claimed to go full doc. He makes the money, but I'll have to go stated. I'm looking for a high LTV. Anyone able to beat 80%? Thanks! |

| JUST MORTGAGE CAN GO TO 90% BUT ITS 8.5 AT PAR WITH 3 POINTS COST I KNOW IT ***** BUT ITS THE ONLY ONE OUT THERE OR YOU CAN BE A NICE GUY AND TELL THEM TO GO TO BANK OF AMERICA. THEY WILL DO IT ALL DAY LONG WITH JUST A DRIVERS LICENSE |
