I got a referral from a realtor, someone who wants to purchase a property. I mentioned the basic info i would need to see if this person qualifies for a loan, ie; approx fico score, income, do you rent or own etc.. and below is the email i got from the potential borrower. I am guessing this is pure comedy?
I hope it helps me for loan. would you help to get a real house which I can repair or replace them.
I pay rent my apt for 850.00 monthly.
what is apr fico score ?
I want a real-family house which it looks bad but good struction, that i can repair or replace else....
My income salary is 892.00 from SSA or SSDI.
I have just gotta a new job since three weeks.
I ll get a check at first time this week.
I used to had Walfare from Cash Aide and food stamp and medical.
I am still having with food stamp and medical.
what is full doc or stated income verified
What is liquid assets ?
I have no clue what Walfare Cash Aide is, but i am guessing this persons food stamps are not going to be enough to buy a house.
Good lord, i get the good stuff... |

Wow ... I got the same referral!
Seriously though, just about every referral that I have received in the last three weeks is strikingly similar ... yep, some really hot referrals! |

That is damned funny!
If New Century where still around, you could just go "no doc" and get him 100% financing up to $750,000.00 |

| OMG! That just proves a point that some people should not even think of purchasing a home. |

forest gump made a quadrillion on bubba gum schrimp, sure this person could buy a home just not at this time. there are alot of people who don't know what fico means, sounds to me like the lo didn't do his job
and the realtor did precisely what you wanted her to do, let you prequalify her client!! |

You are MORE than welcome to have the proposed borrowers email address. Maybe schrimp is the new shrimp too? Give me a break. What on earth does a Tom Hanks movie have to do with getting that email. Makes me question the value of even being in the same room as a realtor even more.
Anyone want the borrowers email, let me know. |

I don't know how I missed this on the 13th. It was a good laugh.
Not as big as the one earlier where a guy called to shop title insurance for a 1.1 million cash deal.
A quick search of the public records shows 1.65 million outstanding mortgage and a $700,000.00 federal tax lien on the seller.
Ha...good times!

I replied to the lady telling her she would be needing 10% - 25% deposit in order to purchase and she says that is NO PROBLEM!
I have no idea at this point what to think... |

| do you think there is any lender at all (in CA) that would even take a look at her scenario? is there not an FHA program that could maybe help her? I have no experience with FHA but everyone seems to be on to it. |
