| Borrower owns a non-owner property just BPO'd at $610,000 in Los Angeles. She owes $320,000 and wants to cash out $100k. Low credit scores but excellent equity position and full doc. Need to close a 2nd behind her existing first TD quick. |

Too aggressive for a 2nd. If the value checks out 75K is doable.
