| I have a client/buyer (current has 1 bil in current assets) who needs 5 mil for retail major metro areas value add/reposition plays (no development). |

A borrower (borrower?) with $1B (billion with a "b"?) needs $5M?
Thats like having someone with $100K in assets looking for a $5.00 loan.
Not knocking you, just sounds real interesting! |

Yup. He doesn't need finance but would be interested if there is a source. 5 years term possible.
