I have a loan as we speak with Homecomings and it is a a unique raised ranch - looks like a polw barn made into a home. Spoke with other lenders and have no takers and the appraiser has no more options. Anyone know what I can do. Have a 720 score - 5% down payment. Thanks in advance.

Nobody wants unique property right now, and if they did you would not get MI.
Generally accepted Real Estate rule:
Unique sells for less.
Local bank or credit union, at a lower LTV is my guess. |
