never get that one - ING and CW cap LTV at 60% and rates are in the upper 7's at par.
if they must have 95%, they should go to their local CU. |

| Just closed this month 95% purchase condo conversion, conforming rates- no adds, HOA not turned over, less than 50% sold. Countrywide limited review. |
