Ive been trying to get a hold of someone at the Subordination Agreement desk and Ive been dialing in for my "fastfax" documents, but I dont ever get them. I found this site:

http://library.consusgroup.com/library_pvw/178/178390.asp

Is that a reputable source? SHould I just go ahead and pay for this instead of waiting and waiting to get a hold of HSBC directly?

I am assuming you are trying to request HSBC to subordinate a second mortgage for your borrower. You are always best getting subordination requirements directly from the lender, then have your closing attorney (or title company if your state does not require using attorneys) prepare the subordination agreement and send request to the lender.
