Need a lender for this refi. r/t for this 5 residential units in Saratoga, CA
Loan amount $1.5 million Appraisal value $2.5 million LTV/CLTV: 60% S/E, Fico 655/679 Total rent $11,000 per month Do not meet standard Bank DSCR based upon $11K The borrowers have sufficient personal income if allowed Need rate to be 9.0% or below.
