I have a deal in PA that is at about 50% ltv, 100k, chp 13, foreclosure... Any suggestions? Oh and to top it off the house is on the market.

try Eastern savings rate is hideous but will do it full doc to 50%

Eastern only does certain counties in PA. Also try Emigrant
