I have a loan it a jumbo in nj. Its FHA here is what I got going on with it. The son and the father own the home about 2.5 years ago they went deliq on it like a 120. the Father ended up goin into BK. The son never went into Bk so the loan reports late on his credit and is killing it. He wants to payoff the loan and his fathers bk get the father off the deed and take over the house. The mtg payments have been made on time for the last 2.5 years and I cant find no one to do it. Below are the specs any help is appreciated.
