Which lender would you say has the best FHA pricing?

Forget about pricing, they are all pretty close it is UW turntime you need to watch.

Chase, Wells, Plaza, Trust One, TBW & American Sterling on 30yr.
Chase, Countrywide & Citi on 15yr

I've followed FHA pricing since Jan 08 and these are consistently the best

5.75 <par> 30yr fixed, 30 day lock
5.5 <1> 15yr fixed, 20 day lock

48-72 hour UW'ing turn times.

5.75 today. 6 days in underwriting.
