| Forget about pricing, they are all pretty close it is UW turntime you need to watch. |

Chase, Wells, Plaza, Trust One, TBW & American Sterling on 30yr. Chase, Countrywide & Citi on 15yr
I've followed FHA pricing since Jan 08 and these are consistently the best |

5.75 <par> 30yr fixed, 30 day lock 5.5 <1> 15yr fixed, 20 day lock
48-72 hour UW'ing turn times. |
