If anyone can send me or point me in the right direction that would be great. I'm looking for a great source which will help me determine who would be a good candidate for a loan modification and who would be a bad candidate. I wouldn't want to charge people if we aren't going to have a shot in hell to help them out. So if someone can send me any information that would be most helpful.
