After a short sale with no lates on mortgage, relocation company negotiated short sale,
how long after short sale will borrower have to wait to purchase another home with an fha loan? is it treated same as foreclosure? |

I don't think so, call your government underwriter. But if you are 0x30 and no Forclo on credit you are good to go. Just get an lox as a backup. |

| Try running scorecard on it. You never know what it'll give you. I just closed one with a foreclosure 26 months ago and 3x30 in the past 12 months. 80 LTV. 590 fico. Approve/Eligible. Funded. |
