80%, Condotel, (WI)Purchase, Full Doc, Decent Assets, 760 FICO
I need to find a home for this one. I am not too familiar with Condotels, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting, I have been hearing condotel deals hear and there for WI...never would have though it. Cool, I suppose.
