Empire Mortgage is expanding and Hiring Experienced Sales Professionals in Columbus Ohio to become Loan Officers! Empire Mortgage Inc. is a Twenty Five years old company that over the years has developed a well respected name and following in the community.
Job Duties
As a Loan Officer you will be responsible for Soliciting Realtors, Builders, Financial Planners, and Consumers in assisting them in getting financing for there home purchase, or refinance transaction. Loan Officers are required to maintain pipeline reports, and be in constant contact with the supervising manager.
Qualifications Required
Two years Mortgage related sales experience preferred, related fields and other sales persons are welcome to apply
Pipeline reports showing sales numbers greatly encouraged
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Loan Officer License required, may be reimbursed for the class

Not many Ohio brokers on the BO. If it's not a "Nationwide, FHA, 100%, 1099, Fed Charter, Free Leads" employment offering it does not get much play on the BO. During the boom I was on here and recruiting for a company in Columbus and did not get much response at all.

Its part of my networking. We do have tons of leads and FHA. We do not 1099, not allowed in Ohio. Most people want a company that is busy, will be here for a while, and offers training and support. We offer it all, we just need people to fill the chairs and get producing. If a person wants to make some money Ohio is still a great market if you know what you are doing and adjust with the time.
