I have a purchase in Florida. 65% LTV. I nned a stated loan for an LLC purchase with a personal Grantor. 750 FICO scores. Need to get this done ASAP. I had it over at Wachovia but the guidelines changed so the loan fell out. Can anyone help? Call meat the number listed below. Thanks.
