| I need super jumbo to 70%, 3.4 million LA, 740 middle,Primary, SIVA can go full, but I need a truck to get his tax returns to the underwriter, which I am trying to avoid. Owns a real estate development company and has been in business for 15 years. |

It is actually an End loan that will be paying off a bridge loan. Subject is located in Southwest Florida. |

If you cannot get this done at Wachovia, we can check it out. Stated, need 30% of loan in liquid assets, full doc, need 12 months piti.
Rates 6.5%
1 Lender point.
