WOW, these guys have been hammered.
I have to admit I have made more money shorting their stock then my closed loan income this year.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to see a turnaround. My concern is the middle management has cut off the folks on the street from communication with the real decision makers.
They have been late to the FHA party by a year, they just started to accept DPA's less than a month ago.
They fought earned income programs when it was presented to them first.
The culture is set up like the post office in a time when we need fed ex
Don't get me wrong I love the "we don't care about declining markets", but you have to admit, there still is a lot of work to be done. |

| But their rates lately have been great. I have 2 loans with them right now so if they go under they better wait! Their agency jumbo pricing rocks! |

Im not really sure where you got your definition of what classifies a stock as a 'pink sheet' stock. |

| do you know how much Option ARM paper Indy Mac is sitting on in Declining Mkts? Their lucky their stock is where it is. The best move they ever made was not buying out American Brokers Conduit last yr and bailing on the deal in the 11th hr. Still I don't think that'll be enough to save them. They need ING or a couple of oil sheiks to come to the rescue |
